IRS Delay in 6055 and 6056 Reporting for 2018

On December 22, 2017, the IRS issued Notice 2018-06, delaying the reporting deadlines in 2018 for the 1095-B and 1095-C forms to individuals. There is no delay for the 1094-C and 1094-B forms, or for forms due to the IRS regarding shared responsibility reporting.

UBA has a created a new ACA Advisor that provides information on the new deadlines for the reporting forms and reporting procedures.

Due to the issue with duplication of emails sent from UBA’s publication manager, we will not email the Advisor you. Instead, the co-branded email and Microsoft Word versions can be downloaded from AdEase under Compliance.

Questions? Please contact Danielle Capilla at [email protected] with any questions about the Advisor content. Contact Meg Cipar at [email protected] with any questions about AdEase.
