Introducing a Strategic Approach

When Selden Beattie was founded, the goal was to fundamentally change the way benefits consulting works. In meeting with mid-to-large-size employers, it became evident all were struggling with rising healthcare costs and rapidly-changing regulations – but had yet to apply multi-year strategies for mitigating costs. Thus, the Selden Beattie approach was born.

 

Since that time, Selden Beattie has continued to change the conversation for the better. In 2012, our firm was invited to join United Benefit Advisors (UBA) as a partner firm. This organization is built of a select group of best-of-breed service providers who represent the future of the benefits industry. During our partnership with UBA, Selden Beattie has received numerous accolades including being featured in the Employee Benefits Adviser Magazine.

 

And though we’re always pleased to be recognized for our efforts, we realize our greatest responsibility is to our clients and their communities. As such, we’ve aligned ourselves with a number of philanthropic initiatives so that we all can become better citizens of the world. Each Selden Beattie team member is encouraged to pursue volunteer opportunities with organizations that matter to them. And the entire Selden Beattie organization also participates in the support of numerous non-profit organizations, through donations of time, resources, or financial contributions.
